Order Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order and produced using a print-on-demand model.
Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before shipment.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

We currently ship across Europe only.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–15 business days, depending on your country and exact delivery address.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (local postal service delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, etc.).

Multi-Item Orders & Separate Shipments

Items within the same order may be shipped separately.
Because our products are made-to-order using different print partners, orders that include multiple product types (such as apparel and accessories) are often fulfilled and dispatched from different facilities.

You may receive your items in separate packages, each with its own tracking number (where available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • your shipping address,

  • selected products,

  • order quantity.

All rates are displayed before you complete the payment.

Lost, Undelivered, or Returned Orders

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information here.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, we will gladly assist with an investigation. Print-on-demand items may require re-production in the event of confirmed loss.

If Your Order Has Not Arrived

If your order has not been delivered within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at: hi@staynrvous.com.

We will review the situation and provide support.

Additional Information

  • All products are custom-produced specifically for each order; therefore, once production has begun, order changes are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Address changes cannot be made after the order has been dispatched.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (where available).
